In accordance with the Consumer Code and Health and Hygiene Standards, once the packaging has been unsealed (the box is wrapped in plastic), a return is not possible.

You may return your order to us within 14 days of receiving your goods (as confirmed by La Poste) if the box has not been unsealed.

The return is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the goods, our returns service will check the seal. If your return meets the conditions, the refund will be made within 7 days.
