    When your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please wait 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

    If you have not received your order within 20 days of receiving the shipment confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will take care of it.

    Shipments to PO Boxes

    Some shipping companies have restrictions on shipments to PO Boxes. If any of your vendors fall into this group, you should find out their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 


    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

    If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will handle this on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution. See our return policy here.

    Taxes and duties
    All packages are shipped by airwatch. For our Spanish customers there is no additional tax on our products, which means that you only have to pay the final retail price when you buy. 

    Change of delivery address
    If you wish to change the delivery address, we can change the address at any time before the order has been shipped.

    After you place your order, you can contact our customer service within 24-48 hours to request a free change or cancellation of your order. In addition, there are no refunds for cancellations after 24-48 hours of placing your order.
